Here at Temple we create quality hand crafted beers along with quality hand crafted food to match, and we are looking for a Chef to come and join our small kitchen team!
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for developing seasonal menus and function food menus, along with leading the kitchen team so that a consistently excellent standard of food is produced for our customers. You will have knowledge on how to effectively manage the costs relating to dishes and your team. You will be used to fast paced service and can develop a menu to suit service such as this.
This role would suit a budding experienced Sous Chef looking to take the next step, along with a more experienced Head Chef looking to regain more of a work/ life balance.
