Easter is nearly upon us (seriously slow down 2018!) so it is the time of year when no one knows who is open and where you can grab a freshly made beer and tasty bucket o fried chicken from!  Well our bar won’t be open the whole weekend, but it will be open for part of it.  Our Easter Opening Hours are as follows: Thursday 29th March OPEN from 5pm    Parma+ Pot for $18!  Vegetarian and Vegan options available! Here at Temple we create quality hand crafted beers along with quality hand crafted food to match, and we are looking for a Chef to come and join our small kitchen team! Working closely with the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for developing seasonal menus and function food menus, along with leading the kitchen team so that a consistently excellent standard of food is produced for our customers.  You will have knowledge on how to effectively manage the costs relating to dishes and your team.  You will be used to fast paced service and can develop a menu to suit service such as this. This role would suit a budding experienced Sous Chef looking to take the next step, along with a more experienced Head Chef looking to regain more of a work/ life balance. Sunday 3rd September is Father’s Day and we are taking bookings for lunch and dinner at the Brewhouse.  Treat Dad to a 3 course set menu along with plenty of our delicious beer brewed onsite.  Our usual children’s menu will also be available to keep the little ones happy.
