Fresh from the success of our last NEIPA brew, Last Train To Boston, we’re returning with more juicy, hoppy, and hazy brews. Introducing our Hazy Series – a limited collection with 4 different styles of hazy. To really channel the creativity of our brewers, each can contains a unique hop blend formulated by a different brewer, brewed in a hazy style.
The Hazy Series was created by our brewers to experiment with different hop combinations to showcase their skills. The end result? An explosion of distinct flavours, each with a tell-tale profile. Same style of beer, different fingerprint – Temple’s Hazy Series.
Tropical and stone fruit flavours and aromas leap from the glass, A soft pillowy mouthfeel created from rolled oats in the Mac, A hop free boil, with a generous whirlpool addition of Palisade lays the foundation for a cocktail of dry hopping.
HOPS – Palisade, Cryo Sabro, Cryo Idaho 7, Citra
MALT – Pale, Rolled Oats, Rolled Wheat, Carapils
YEAST – Verdant IPA
“This brew is a special one that is reminiscent of my childhood. I wanted to make a beer that reminds me of my grandparents’ peach orchard, so expect strong flavours of tropical stone fruits that screams nothing but summer. ”
Utilizing a radical hop free boil, this TDH Double NEIPA instead relies on a heavy whirlpool addition, and an even heavier dose of dry hopping to produce this big juicy hop bomb. Lashing of rolled oats and wheat create a fully thick mouthfeel bursting with crushed mango, bold tropical notes and hints of citrus.
HOPS – Palisade, Cryo Sabro, Cryo Idaho 7, Citra
MALT – Pale, Rolled Oats, Rolled Wheat, Carapils
YEAST – Verdant IPA
“There’s nothing quite like a nice, thick, juicy hazy for the upcoming summer!
I wanted to push the techniques of normal brewing a tad more while creating this hazy. With a completely hop-free boil, I managed to get as much of the popular juicy hop character without any bitterness.
Triple dry-hopped with 30% rolled oats and wheat, this hazy is packed with explosive tropical and fruity flavours of mango and pineapple.”
