Sometimes, taking a little leap of faith is the best way possible to create something new and exciting.

Born out of curiosity, our limited release craft beers are made using unconventional ingredients that will take you by surprise. From the selection of ingredients to the endless amount of experimentation, our brewers are always coming out with new flavour combinations that are too good to not share.

Brewed without any artificial flavourings and ingredients, our limited one-offs are tasty and all-natural.

AMERICAN BROWN ALE

A collaboration between Temple, Ellerslie, and Amsat. This American Brown Ale showcases beautiful Australian specialty malts. Crystal, Chocolate and Roasted malts from Amsat were used to create a rich chocolate body with a touch caramel sweetness.

WHAT OUR DRINKERS ARE SAYING

Hazy #3 pours with a big fluffy head that hangs around like a good smell, as aromas of orange citrus float to the nose. The colour is all bright and orange in the arvo sun and thicc to boot.The taste is amazing. Lots going on. There’s your orange and grapefruit, also some lychee and mango. A hint of peach plays along but it’s the Voss Kveik yeast that binds it altogether to leave a longing dry finish with a touch of tang!

The Weston St IPA pours a beautiful deep gold with a small white head. Aromas of citrus and pine dominate the nose. On the palate, this starts with pine, fresh pine needles and some deeper foresty notes. Close behind is the citrus, grapefruit and zest and sweet orange as well. There's also some great notes of florals here, while the finish is dry and beautifully bitter with a resinousness that lingers. This is a great 7.4% core range WCIPA, delivering classic flavours and delicious drinking with a great bitter punch. Delightful stuff!

The Anytime Pale Ale is the perfect beer to sit back and sip on a little quicker than most.That malty aroma really gives your tastebuds the heads up that something good is about to come.Perfectly clear, golden and frothy this crisp, dry ale is simple but effective. Hoppy and malty and oh so refreshing, I’m loving it!
