From a chocolate cake stout to a triple dry-hopped full-flavoured NEIPA, our innovative and head-turning past releases have always been a hit amongst the crowd.
Utilizing a radical hop free boil, this TDH Double NEIPA instead relies on a heavy whirlpool addition, and an even heavier dose of dry hopping to produce this big juicy hop bomb. Lashings of rolled oats and wheat create a fully thick mouthfeel bursting with crushed mango, bold tropical notes and hints of citrus. Created and brewed by James.
Whirlpool: Motueka and Galazy 5g/L
Dry hop: Motueka, Cryo Mosaic, Galaxy 20g/L
Malt: Pilsner, Maris Otter, Rolled Oats, Rolled Wheat, Carapils
Yeast: Verdant IPA
Tropical and stone fruit flavours and aromas leap from the glass. A soft pillowy mouthfeel created from rolled oats in the mash. A hop free boil, with a generous whirlpool addition of Palisade lays the foundation for a cocktail of dry hopping. Created and brewed by Alex

100% German Pilsner malt, Lager Yeast, Minimum 6 weeks lagering (near-freezing beer maturation)
Mid Boil & Whirlpool: Tettnang (German Noble Hop variety)
Nose: Mildly sweet, cereal aroma.
Flavour: Sweet malty/cereal/bread flavour, classic Noble Hop characteristics of mineral & slight peppery bitterness. Cleanness on the palate allows each ingredient to be showcased, from a full 6 weeks of lagering.
Buzzwords: Minimum 6 week lager period, Traditional, Sophisticated. Did we mention we lager for a full 6 weeks?
Dry Hop: Sabro
Nose: Fruity espresso leading, dark chocolate, vanilla, nut and coconut as she warms.
Flavour: Espresso, chocolate, roast, vanilla, nut.
Rye Hard is burnt orange in colour and has a lacy, creamy head with floral, herbal and citrusy aromas.
The full malty palate has hints of orange, mandarin and an earthy hop bitterness, which finishes dry and spicy from the addition of rye.

Presented Rapture at our 2016 GABS Beer Festival. This traditional Blegian triple is robust and golden in colour. Slight phenolic and noble hop aromas arouse the palate while traditional delicate and clean, slightly peppery flavours give way to fruit and floral characters that complete the experience.
