Here's her take on the Weston Street IPA:-⁠

"A classic westy today, with @templebrewing's Weston St IPA that was brewed with a great hop combo in Ahtanum, Simcoe, Chinook and Cascade. Love that quartet! And we all know I love a good westy! 😋😁⁠

It pours a beautiful deep gold with a small white head. Aromas of citrus and pine dominate the nose. On the palate, this starts with pine, fresh pine needles and some deeper foresty notes. Close behind is the citrus, grapefruit and zest and sweet orange as well. There's also some great notes of florals here, while the finish is dry and beautifully bitter with a resinousness that lingers. This is a great 7.4% core range WCIPA, delivering classic flavours and delicious drinking with a great bitter punch. Delightful stuff 👌🍻"⁠
