Online Order and Delivery


Q. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship Australia-wide at this time, however we are dedicated to expanding our network and getting our beers into the hands of Australians everywhere. We even deliver to Australia Antarctica station! 

Q. How much does shipping cost?
 Our shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 per order Australia wide. We offer FREE delivery on all orders over $100.

Live local? Place your order online and come collect it from our brewery for free! Just shoot us an e-mail or give us a ring to organize collection. 

Q. How long does shipping take?
Delivery timeframes are subject to change and are dependent on Auspost. All orders are posted from our brewery twice weekly, to ensure we get our beers to you as quickly as possible!

The following delivery timeframes are based on the guidance of our shipping partner Auspost.

Metro-Melbourne = 1-3 business days, Rural VIC = 2-3 business days, Interstate = 3-7 business days

If you don't receive your order after 10 business days, please contact us via email to so we can assist you. 

Q. What service do you used for shipping?
A. Auspost wine service. Please be advised due to COVID-19 all orders will require a signature upon delivery. 

Q. What if I'm not home when my order is delivered? 
If the premises is unattended during a delivery which requires a signature, a notice will be placed in your post box and either scheduled for re-delivery or made available from a nearby location to be collected. Please follow the instructions on the notice you receive.

Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
As we usually ship all orders very quickly after they have been placed we cannot guarantee changes be made, however, if you would like to adjust your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can amend it before it goes out!

Q. Do we offer exchanges/refunds?
We are happy to exchange merchandise if you’ve ordered the wrong item or size (subject to availability). We don’t offer exchanges on beer unless you’ve received faulty stock or your order has been damaged in transit. Please email for enquiries. 

At this stage, we can only accept orders from within Australia, its territories and not international orders. If the order is being sent to a non-residential address, please ensure the business/company name is included in the address details.


We are so sure that any product sold by Temple Brewing Co. will meet or exceed your expectations that we guarantee the products we sell. Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your purchase, send us an email at 
The cost of return postage, if applicable, is to be paid by the sender.., All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and if the items are not beers they must be in an unused and saleable condition. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Depending on the order and extent of damage to the goods we will be able to provide you with a credit or replacement, this is at the sole discretion of Temple Brewing Co.

  • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning and a reason for the return
